Applying for the Massachusetts LIHEAP program is a fairly easy and convenient process. To be eligible for the Massachusetts LIHEAP program, applicants need to be residents of the state of Massachusetts and US citizens or registered legal aliens.
Participation in Other Social Service Programs
Applicants who are participating in other social service programs SNAP TANF and SSI may be automatically eligible for the Massachusetts LIHEAP program.
