WAP Application Instructions
In order to apply for Missouri WAP, you will have to find your local weatherization agency and apply there. You can locate an agency in your area by using this link.
When you apply for Missouri WAP through a local weatherization agency, you will need to provide certain documents to prove your eligibility.

Eligibility Requirements
To receive weatherization assistance through Missouri WAP, you will need to meet the following guidelines.

You must be a resident of state of Missouri. You will need to provide proof of your residency along with WAP application.

Your household income should be within income guidelines of the program for the year you are applying. Currently, the program is using 200% of Federal Poverty Line (FPL) as income limit.

You must be responsible for paying home energy costs.
Income eligibility
In order to receive WAP benefits, you will need to meet income guidelines.
Household size Annual income limit
If you have more persons in your household, you can add $7,920 for each additional person in the households.
If someone in your household is receiving Supplemental Security Income (SSI) or Aid to Families with Dependent Children, you will automatically qualify for Missouri WAP.
