Kentucky LIHEAP Application Information

The Kentucky LIHEAP program is a federally funded program that supplements the utility budgets for low-income households in the state of Kentucky. This program deposits a onetime payment into the utility accounts of eligible members aimed at assisting in the payment of heat and other utility bills. Since its inception the Kentucky LIHEAP program has helped to ensure that all Kentucky households have access to energy for heating and other utility services irrespective of their income.
