WAP Application Instructions

To apply for WAP in Tennessee, you will need to locate your local WAP provider and file an application directly with it. You can find contact information for your local WAP provider in Tennessee by selecting Tennessee on this map.

You can also send application through mail or fax to Weatherization Assistance Program. You can download application here. Fill the application after downloading it. The file is in PDF format which requires a PDF viewing program to open the file. You can download Adobe Reader or any other compatible PDF reader to view and print the file.

Eligibility Requirements

To receive WAP services in state of Tennessee, applicants will need to meet the following criteria.

• You should be a resident of state of Tennessee

• You should be responsible for paying your home energy costs

• Your household income should be low and meet income guidelines for the program

Depending on the household size, your annual income will need to be within limits set by the program.
