Michigan Weatherization Assistance Program (WAP) offer free weatherization services to low-income households in Michigan. The program helps such households to reduce their energy consumption by making their home energy efficient. The program ultimately helps these households to reduce fuel consumption through weatherization services.

Michigan WAP provides number of weatherization services to help eligible households reduce their fuel dependency. These services include weather stripping, caulking, insulation, as well as replacement of lights with energy efficient lights.
